Got the machine and really love it. We had a regular and expresso coffee machine and they took up so much room, this one is so much better.
Just as many others have stated, this machine leaks A LOT of water everywhere. I've never had much luck with my $50 machines as they would break after about a year of use. It is extremely frustrating, and a huge mess to clean up every morning. The design of the inner tank makes it difficult to clean. This $150 machine has been defective since day one. It brews a decent cup of coffee, but for any price, I don't think the mess is worth it.
This is gift is one that I will be using repeatedly. If you do not read and follow the instructions you won't get the desired results.
I finally set it up it and tried it tonight 13 Jan. I received this item as a Christmas gift.
I am very satisfied. 2010 and the first thing I attempted to make was a cup of cappuccino.
Success. As for me, I'm sipping on my second cup while typing this.great.
Kudos to the woman who gave me this wonderful gift.
I purchased this coffee maker for my wife almost 3 years ago and never had a problem. My wife loves it and still uses it every day.
The second unit is now leaking after 11 months of use. This is my second BCO-130T Coffee/Espresso machine. Customer Service said that I will need too send to Appliance Parts Mart to get fixed leaving me with out a coffee pot. The first one worked well for about 8 months then started leaking. They sent me a new one two months after I called customer service. I responded with "What am I to make coffe in." The CSR Rep said that I should buy a cheap coffee maker to have while mine is in the shop being repaired. Do not waste your money.Spokane, WA
